TRAINING
Personal Training secara 1 on 1, sesi selama 60 minit mengikuti program latihan khusus bagi mencapai matlamat kecergasan anda.
SMALL
GROUP TRAINING
Program khusus (4-6 minggu) bagi mencapai matlamat kecergasan dalam kumpulan yang lebih kecil, disertakan bersama panduan nutrisi dan komuniti support.

My friend introduced this gym to me. The best thing is everyone in the gym is very helpful especially asking about the usage of each equipment. The people, the vibe and the determination is 100! I can safely say, I’ve been more than dedicated to get myself up to go to this gym for classes. I continued because I saw changes in myself, so please don’t hesitate to go! Great coaches, they make you feel welcomed! I recently joined the 6 weeks challenge Build and Burn @ Lepak Gym. Before joining this program, I was so clueless and lost on how and what to do to achieve my fitness goal. Started with the trial, then upgraded to 12 sessions then to 24 sessions with Coach Aiman.The only aim i had for the upper body to be stronger. Struggling to be consistent at the beginning.The results started showing when people commented how lean I look and of course I dropped 1 size down. Coach Aiman who is professional-understands what you want. He will know what is your strength,weakness and potential. From there, he will know how to challenge you. Anyone interested can join the PT programme!
